Our Client & Their Goals
Our Client, a major developer of security technologies, had developed a large portfolio of proprietary technologies and wanted an independent, expert assessment of their potential value. After an initial IP portfolio review, our team recognised that one technology was potentially disruptive: a revolutionary mobile reception module capable of handling multiple signals simultaneously across a range of frequencies.
Our team recognised that this technology could disrupt the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunication markets, but that our Client would need additional expert guidance to successfully commercialise it. Our Client had little market experience and was uncertain of where their technology would be most valuable. Our goal was to help them develop a commercialisation strategy, and then to identify partners who could license the technology in the most suitable markets.
We helped our Client achieve their goals by assembling a project team of experts with relevant backgrounds in the IoT and telecommunication markets. Our team developed an early-stage commercialisation plan that included an exact blueprint for our Client in order to commercialise their technology quickly and effectively, before the competition.
