Dr Dirk Mersch

Dirk is CEO for North America at CamIn. His specialisms include sustainability and renewable energy and his professional experience spans renewables, hydrogen and sustainable fuels and energy infrastructure. To date, he's advised companies with revenues in excess of $50 billion and completed projects for companies such as Ferrovial, Siemens Gamesa, and OnePlus. Past projects include shaping technology strategy, product and service innovation strategy and scenario-driven roadmapping. Driving operational efficiency and identifying ways technology can make businesses smarter, faster, cleaner and more valuable, are key motivators. Dirk's writing on harnessing experts to drive business innovation appeared in the book Growing Business Innovation. He has a diploma degree with distinction in Physics from the Ruhr University Bochum (Germany), a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge and is fluent in three languages.
