INNOVATION WORKSHOP

TO IDENTIFY INNOVATION NEEDS

The purpose of this first workshop is to learn about client’s innovation goals and highlight relevant technology opportunities and potential disruptors. CamIn and the client will discuss technologies and applications, determine where the client requires the most assistance, and identify a project that will most effectively meet the client's needs.

PRE-PROPOSAL WORKSHOP

TO DEVELOP A TAILORED PROJECT

CamIn will present in further detail the project previously agreed with the client, highlighting key deliverables of the project and the proposed methodology. CamIn will also provide a snapshot of what strategically important decisions the client will be able to make as a result of this engagement with CamIn.

WORKSHOP

TO DISCUSS FINAL PROJECT DETAILS

At the final stage, CamIn will present a detailed engagement proposal, summarising all project parameters agreed in the previous workshops, such as project deliverables, overall objective, methodologies, and timelines. After the project scope and depth have been confirmed, CamIn will kickstart the engagement.

2

ASSEMBLING A TEAM OF GLOBAL EXPERTS

ExPERT TEAM RECRUITMENT

For each project, CamIn assembles an interdisciplinary team of scientific and industrial experts, tailored to the client’s innovation objectives. CamIn does not hold a database of experts, as science and industry are very dynamic fields. Instead, CamIn uses carefully developed internal procedures to hand-pick individuals for a particular project. Each contracted expert undergoes a thorough internal quality assessment process.

SCIENTIFIC EXPERTs

CamIn’s Scientific Experts push the frontiers of science on a daily basis, regularly publish their work in renowned journals, engage in scientific debates, and are highly knowledgeable about the ever-shifting technological terrain of their fields.

INDUSTRIAL EXPERTs

CamIn’s Industrial Experts either work in industry or have close relations with industry, hold a senior position, and have a deep understanding of opportunities, challenges, and current best-practices in their industry.
