Commercialising an Innovative Nutraceutical Manufacturing Process
Our Client, a diversified major manufacturer, had developed a novel process for the manufacturing of oligosaccharides. They knew their product represented a significant improvement over the state-of-the-art equipment on the market, but before they felt comfortable pursuing its commercialisation, they wanted to understand the risks posed by competing solutions that might still be under development.
They also needed guidance on taking their device from a small-scale prototype to a commercially-viable product, with advice on solving the technical and the marketing challenges involved in this process.

weeks were spent for project delivery.
CamIn recruited four scientific and industry experts into our team. After confirming the Client’s initial evaluation of the current competitive market, CamIn searched for similar technologies under development in university laboratories and at research institutes. For each of the technologies that we identified, our team evaluated its strengths and weaknesses compared to the Client’s new solution.
After evaluating the Client’s product and understanding the unique value proposition of their novel process, we developed a plan for the commercialisation of their technology.
